What I bought at the Grocery Store Globe magazine today
Edited on Mon May-22-06 01:02 PM by lovuian
in the checkout
Had a picture of a ticked off Laura looking at a smiling George...
Exclusive Separate lives in the WhiteHouse
nasty fights.Booze problems
Laura urges counseling

for the life of me I can't find a link typical when it comes to bad news on Bush ( I admit the Globe isn't relable but its at the grocery store in the checkout line not good for Bush thats for sure Anybody else see it)

Heres the headline
Separate Lives
Bush and laura 28 year marriage falls apart
They barely talk to each other
They argue when they do speak
She's afraid he'll hit the bottle

George and Laura's marriage has collapsed as his approval ratings plummet and a host of mounting personal problems rip the first couple apart and push them to secret ly separate lives...

Its that she want him to go into counseling and he refuses...
also it talks about barbara bush as being meddlesome
sounds like Laura has had enough...

7. Another paragraph from the Globe
The Globe has learned that george and Laura still appear as the first couple at various public functions, they hardly speak to one another in private and don't want even want to be in the same room together.

When cameras aren't on, they have nothing to do with another," a long time friend confides to the GLOBE "Theres no interaction at all."

"For all practical purposes they've broken up. But laura is a fighter. deep in her heart she still loves Dubya and won't give up."

to summarize a bit
Laura doesn't like his drinking and has told him so...
It references the Enquirers article about him drinking after Katrina

"They have some terrible arguments about his drinking and Laura has been at the point of walking out completely " a friend confides

Also the Globe thinks Laura had a face lift to look younger and says Momma Bush has been very harsh on how Laura is running things in the WhiteHouse...

Lets say the article doesn't have a picture of perfect whitehouse bliss

Never pick up the damned things, but I sure did like seeing the pic and the headlines. :)

Here's a link to the splash page for The Globe. Nothing to see there, unfortunately; there's an older front page about the Clintons, and links to subscribe or provide "tips". These vultures Give Nothing Away.

14. Nooo! Get the Weekly World News!
MUCH better stories in the Weekly World News.

If you're gonna do it up, do it up big. The WWN is head and shoulders above the rest in terms of entertainment.
