Do the the majority of voters in Kansas actually BELIEIVE Patsy's lame ass ignorant line "We have no civil liberties if we are dead" meme? ???

I keep wondering how in the hell did people like him get "elected" in the first place - what the hell was his platform that people in Kansas supported in the first place? I've only been aware of him these past few years, but obviously he must have been in the Senate for decades. I think I read recently he had a role in the the official JFK Assasin Cover Up committee (Warren)that Specter served on. I haven't verified that though.
