Your right, rape isn't a laughing matter. No matter what kind it is. However, let's put this in historical context. Rape in war has always been to put others in complete submision and to prove domonance over them. We see this in the animal kindom as well.

In cases like this (Rove), he has seen him self as 'untouchable' and totaly 'god like.' Mere mortials can not touch him in any shape or form. Totaly no fear of punishment of any kind. The 'idea' that he COULD be 'prison raped' puts him on the same footing as everyone else. Everyone knows that rape of any kind is wrong, it's no joking matter. That ROVE is on the same level as everyone else... That is a different story all together.

But the reality is this. Jokes aside, such a thought will not happen to Rove. EXCEPT in cartoonage. IF he isn't pardoned, he will be considered a 'special security' case. Kept seprate from the general populaton, etc.
