Repukes Snowe and Collins, may support a filibuster because they promised their constituents they would protect Roe v. Wade and he REFUSES to state whether he still feels the Constitution does not support it.. Chaffee did the same thing. I think we DO have enough to support it. is not a moderate, he believes in unbound power for
the prez in times of conflict, his personal religious
views and view that Roe v Wade is "unsettled law"
will lead to further erosion of women's personal
rights to reproductive freedom and financial future,
the erosion of civil and privacy rights and
a Supreme Court that acts as rubber stamp for this
illegal and unelected President and administration.

... enacting legislation against GLBT. Alito blatantly disavowed any unenumerated right to privacy (i.e. sexual orientation!) and betrayed himself as one who is "stict constructionist" only where human rights and civil liberties are clearly identified in the Constitution, and not regarding the limits on the powers of the federal government. Like other fascists, he turns the notion of "strict construction" on its head. It's appalling that these people see nothing but the enumerated limits to the power of the federal government to infringe on human rights - in effect, throwing out the ninth amendment.
