Recall Teresa Heinz Kerry's instructions to a particularly odious right wing columnist in the employ of Richard Mellon Scaife? I recall that those on the right were VERY understanding of Teresa's frustration with her husband's attackers. :eyes:

6. I figured out why this story bothers me so much

The media is very sympathetic to a political spouse who appears weak, the crying emotionally fragile wife. At the same time they are hostile to strong independent spouses, such as Hillary and Teresa. I guess the "liberal" media prefers women who fit the stereotypes of 50 years ago.
