7. Blair's problems are much bigger than the Iraq war.
People are losing faith in his leadership because of his inability to deliver on his promises of reforms to the way the government operates, and because it increasingly appears that many members of the government are corrupt. Generally, people think he's not very good at governing. The Iraq war damaged his credibility, but not to the extent it damaged Bush's
