6. the last few days, the news has reported that Mexico would sign a law
decriminalizing small amounts of drugs. Fox had said he would sign, then all of a sudden this announcement. No. details

the drug cartels than the US. It could also be that BushCo's friends would lose money. Regardless, this issue is about money.

14. I just heard on KGO
that Fox had been expected to sign it and then he has now changed his mind - apparently the decriminalization was a part of some legislation. There was a Mexican spokesman who said that it will go back to the legislature who will be told to make the drug stuff disappear and that there will be no legalization of any amounts of drugs in Mexico - I paraphrase as I don't remember exactly - then the reporter stated that the Bush admin was strongly against it because their fear tha we Merikans would go to Mexico and get hooked on drugs and return home.

I'm thinking Fox got the call and was told do it and we'll nuke you.....

Boy I have to give the freak in chief credit he is one powerful dude - he bullies the members of his own party, the spineless Dems (not all are spineless) and even world leaders Fox and Blair come to mind.....
