You didn't lose me
I'm still around and trying to behave myself. I did develop bursitis in my shoulder which not only mucked w/ my fitness routine, but the pain meds put me in bed for a whole day w/ motion sickness. (Literally, I barfed all day--anytime I moved my head).

I still haven't weighed myself.

1. I hope you are feeling better
Hey, don't worry about things until you get healed up. I hurt my knees running, but I kept exercising anyway. My knees would not heal up. So I took some time off. It was probably the best thing I could have done.

2. Hang in there. Make getting better priority one.
I'm having a lot of stress right now myself, and I'll write about it in my blog and maybe post here in the next couple of days. So, I'm just concentrating on making it to - and through - each day of work, and trying to keep my eating sensible. I send you my best wishes. :hug:
