Have you tried the Wish-Bone Salad Spritzers yet?
It's the vinagrette dressing that is only one calorie per spray. What's cool about it for me is that I'm learning to enjoy my salad with less dressing on it. Last night, I had sprayed the surface and then was almost finished before I realized that I hadn't sprayed again. While I can spray as much as I need to since it's so low in calories, I like the idea that I might be learning to enjoy my salads without coating them in dressing.

3. I have the Red Wine and Balsamic Vinegar.
There was a third flavor when Mr. Longhorn bought them to me but I don't remember what it was. None of them are the creamy kind, unfortunately.

2. This is the first I've ever heard of them
I'm shopping tomorrow (sunday)so I'll look for them then. What a great idea! Thanks so much for the heads up.

I don't eat a lot of salad, have to get the protein stuff in first but I do enjoy it very much.

I love Ranch dressing, Italian is a favourite too.

:hi:

hope you're doing well Longhorn!

We've got a great group here don't we?

4. You must not watch a lot of TV.
;)

I've been seeing commercials for several weeks but just tried them this last week.

You could also use them to add some flavor and moisture to grilled chicken and fish.

And, yes, this group is great! I'm a little more active right now because I'm on this new program but I always read this group and it helps keep me informed, inspired, and "in the game." :hi:

5. that explains it .. we don't have television..
well we DO have a tv, but no cable or satellite or antena! We use it for movies.

I don't miss TV much except when I hear of something that sounds really good and/or controversial.
Fortunately I have folks that will tape progs for me.

:)

You sound like you're doing SO well!
