About the Allen Carr book
http://www.allencarrseasyway.com/

It's cheaper on Amazon, but his site is very informative if you are interested. He passed in 2006, of lung cancer ironically enough. Smoking cessation was his first addiction crusade.

I never got to hear him speak, but his book was crucial in my recovery. Don't let the title put you off. We all know it's not Easy in any sense, but if you look at it from his perspective, it actually IS easier. Who wants to poison themselves?

Much love.

1. I'm so happy to read your post.
It was transformational for me too. I wish I had found it years earlier and saved myself a lot of grief and torture. It is so painless this way.
