4949903, She Said This:
Posted by Crisco on Fri Mar-07-08 12:32 PM

"We f***** up in Ohio," she admitted. "In Ohio, they are obsessed and Hillary is going to town on it, because she knows Ohio's the only place they can win.

"She is a monster, too – that is off the record – she is stooping to anything," Ms Power said, hastily trying to withdraw her remark.

"Interestingly, the people in her innermost circle seem to not mind her; I think they really love her."

But she added: "There is this middle circle – they are really on the warpath. But the truth is she has proved herself really willing to stoop."

In recent TV appearances Mrs Clinton had looked desperate and on the back foot.

Ms Power agreed, and said: "Here, it looks like desperation. I hope it looks like desperation there too.

"You just look at her and think: ergh. But if you are poor and she is telling you some story about how Obama is going to take your job away, maybe it will be more effective. The amount of deceit she has put forward is really unattractive."

That's the from the original story, which Google has taken out of their cache, where it was just 15 minutes ago.

1. Oh, she's drunk the Kool-Aid, too. I am so, so disappointed...

...and very angry at Ms. Power, whom I used to respect for her writings on the atrocities of war. SHE'S the one who has 'stooped' so low as to resort to schoolyard name-calling, not Hillary. Then in the resignation statement, she says she's 'always admired' Hillary. What a double-speaker!

What has got into these erstwhile sensible people to make them this hateful and vicious? I hold O personally responsible for the atmosphere of vileness, of blind hatred many of his supporters continue to foment online and off.

7. BO bringing the best in people again - this was someone I used to admire
back in 2004 when she supported Clark. I don't remember any crazed talk back then about any of our opponents.

8. I don't understand "in Ohio they are obsessed" comment.
Can anyone shed some light on it? Was she referring to the citizens? If so, that should really piss off folks in Ohio.

9. Chillicothe Ohio
Was an area used by the news services as an example of the economic situation in Ohio. I have many cousins who still live in and around Chillicothe and they were for Hillary, most of the southern half of Ohio went for her. They need jobs and money there not as one cousin put it,"change, what the heck will promise of change buy me. Will it pay my bills and house payment"? They want experience, not PROMISE of change. I am beginning to see that a lot of this stuff including delegates and poll #s are fabrications.
