Anybody ever been to a shareholder's meeting?

If so, what was it like?

I'm thinking of going to one out of curiosity.

2. GE.
But I've decided not to bother with it.

I'd need to send proof of stock ownership to the company, then receive a pass to get into the meeting. Kind of short for time now. Plus, it would probably be boring.

I was just thinking that I might go just to see what it was like. And it is close by.

3. I could have gone to Berkshire Hathaway's meeting
Not a shareholder, but someone was selling a pass to their conference on EBAY. Would have loved to check it out. My colleague goes every year and says that it is very helpful for his investing style and very educational.
