Any good discussion boards for women?

My mom is an invalid and can't really get out of the house, so she's at home with my dad all day, every day. My dad's great, but he's not the biggest talker and my mom's a huge talker. She misses the interaction with others and is thinking about looking for a discussion board or group online. Do you know of any good ones for women, especially older women (although any age really is ok)?

I'm going to search myself too, but I figured some wise DU'ers might know of some already.

1. I have a board.....

And it's mostly women there (probably about 95 percent women)........we are of all ages from 20's to our oldest member who is close to 80. Everyone is welcome. We have a general discussion forum, political forum, gardening forum, decorating forum, cooking forum and are about to add a geneaology forum as soon as people can decide on a name for it.
