After a 6 year battle with Alzheimer's, my Mom passed away last night.
She died at home. My wife and I along with my Dad, were with her when she went.

Her AD was complicated by Lewy's Bodies Disease, which affected her mobility and eventually her ability to eat.

My Dad did a great job these last few years caring for her. Now he can get some rest and move forward.

1. So very sorry to hear. My mom passed about a month ago.
I would post this in the Lounge, too--you need the support.

Take care, my friend--I can easily sympathize.

3. Bummer!
You had said she was failing. I guess i didn't realize it was that rapid.

You and the family take care! Hug your dad for me.
