Gluten Free diet...
Ok folks, this is not that hard to do... or I live in an area of the country that has all this stuff available for regular prices that is.

The curry is on the stove. I have done other things, and lord we went with dad and mom to Islands last night for dinner. I ordered my burger with no bun, and had fries. It used to be have bun and not have fries. SO it all comes the dame in the wash.

It is easy, and I feel fine. Oh and it is really not that much more expensive. In fact, none whatsoever. Ok I will try the gluten free recipe soon for bread, on my oven, and been looking at bread machines. Also found that the setting for gluten free is preferable, but not absolutely needed. So I got a couple machines I saw on the web that have the setting that are cheaper than the monster I saw at the store.

So next pay day or so... will probably go ahead and get the machine. New machine, so doing the usual cleaning before first use should be sufficient.

here, will post it later.

Oh and ANY good Mexican cooking that does not have flour tortillas, just beans, rice and corn tortillas is gluten free by default.

There are products, like rice, that don't say it on the packet, same goes for beans.

If it is cooked, read the ingredients.

Starch, if this is corn or rice or potato starch is gluten free, wheat... that has gluten. So if it only says starch I avoid the product.

Here you go, Fenster

Oh and I did find a fairly good ready to bake mix, that I will have to go home and look for it.

3. Well have found what is the ISSUE in fly over country
'nother pesky family medical emergency, so been spending some ahem time in Cleveland.

So here is the problem... In San Diego IT IS EASY to even go out. Mexican Restaurant, Thai restaurant, heck some Indian will work.

We've gone out and even though I have ordered what looked safe on the menu... well I know there was some cross contamination.

And there are places that no way, no how, I'd go back.

Ah thank the lords for ahem Immodium.
