Anyone have experience with loose teeth?
I have no insurance at all. I have no bleeding gums pain or swelling. I do see some of rhe darker part of the tooth were the gums have receded on the two lower front teeth.

I was using salt water and that seemed to help but stopped because I thought the salt was affecting my digestion but it seemed to all be in my head.

I have seen a few products that claim to fix this but you know how that might be.

I would really hate to lose these teeth then what do I do ?

There was movement last time I had insurance whcih was 6 years ago and had deep cleaning but I never compared that movement to what it is now , they move just a bit that I can see it but not a lot . I am 61 now.

1. my lower front teeth all wiggle a little. i am a grinder.
they have been like that for many years. dentist says it is also old age starting to eat that socket. he recommends that i get my gums zipped back up sometime soon, but it is not an emergency.
they are devils to keep clean right there, but i got a sonicare toothbrush, and boy do i love it.
also, a cheap, easy thing to keep your gums healthy is to gargle with peroxide.

2. I'm fighting a losing battle too,
and I'm older than you, but one thing that helps is getting those tiny brushes (cone shaped), dipping them in antiseptic mouthwash (Listerine or newer, better tasting minty stuff--but make sure it's antiseptic), and cleaning between all your teeth and along the base where they meet the gum line. Dip & clean the brush in water frequently while you're doing it. Ideally this should be twice a day but even a few times a week helps counter the plaque.

I also keep seeing there's something advertised called Endgumdisease.com. Don't know what it is but you might want to at least look at the website.

I have been for years. I brush after every meal. I gargle with very warm salt water as my dentist told me this was better than mouthwash ..

Even teeth where the gums look fine move a bit.
There are dental schools but they charge 40% of what the dentists in their area charge and that's not cheap.

I only chew on one side to stay off the mobil teeth yet I only have a few molars left , they decayed because of acid reflux and they decayed below the gums at the roots.

I feel lost and sunk at this point. I feel like I will loose them and can't afford dentures , it seems like a matter of time.

My old dentist will look and give a free evaluation but that does not include exrays just a look and most likely bad news .

I can see the teeth move side to side a bit when I use the cone shaped brush. On top of this my teeth are now crowded , a few got pushed forward and are at the tops over the ones next to them also the two top front center teeth now have a gap are are over the teeth just next to them. At times I think they are under pressure by being moved and maybe they will tighten over time.

3. Do you live near a university that has a dental program?
Dental schools often offer lower cost treatment.
Somebody passed this tip to me and I was able to get a broken molar fixed for much lower than a dentist in practice for himself.

Best of luck to you!
