1. long walk,
short pier?

if you figure that one out let me know. all i can tell you that has helped me at all is that i have managed to find a way to contribute my efforts to causes that i support on my own timeline. i do a lot of graphic design, printing, and some fundraising. but it is on my schedule, and i do my best to be a head of the curve. same goes for art making and the few shows/fairs that i do.
other than that, i just drag my ass through the day the best i can. right now i am contemplating getting a job, something i have not had to do in 25 years. i am scared to death. i probably won't find one that has any flexibility, and the whole thing will be a nightmare. i doubt anyone would hire me if they see anything about my health. but i have a couple of possibilities. dread, dread. always helps.

2. get a sleep study.
just got the results from mine. long story why it took so long to get around to it, but seems like i have just enough apnea to fuck me up. going back for a cpap study. they are supposed to fit you up during your study if you fit their guidelines of 20 episodes per hour. seems i only have about 6 per hour most of the time, but during rem sleep it was 18. close enough to get a cpap trial.
sure hope it works for me.
