By the time I would go home, get my stuff and get there, CD will be over. Good idea, though. I think we'll probably suffer through it and sleep on the couches downstairs. Upstairs is impossible -- out bedroom is actually the finished attic. If the power comes back on by 4, maybe by the time I get up to go to work it will be okay, but I'm doubtful. I may have to grab my stuff and go to the JCC to shower in the a.m.

Show featured last night is called "Hey Hey Hey with Downtown." "Downtown" consists of two guys. Don't ask why. Contestants must recite tongue twisters or it's "From waaaay downtown--BANG!"

Other clips shown of comedian supposedly being set up to be punk'd, but doesn't look happy. Yet another prank show in which people get crap scared out of them and microphones spew water. KO: "Typical day at the office for me."

Lots of screaming. Gidget says many of these shows were canceled years ago but still run. Also shows program with people agreeing to be quiet when tortured in a library.

Someone compared these shows to Countdown. "Humiliation is the theme."

Keeping Tabs. MJ is not responding to his lawyers. They claim they're not being paid. Angelina Jolie supposedly demanded a female server at a restaurant because male waiters gawk at her too much. KO for some reason blames this on Anderson Cooper and makes bad "just for the halibut" joke.

hard. We have drywall up in the nook. :woohoo: And it was only 102 on the back deck in double shade with humidity of 39%. Heat index of 121 plus. At least we had the insulation in and now drywall so we aren't cooling the front yard. Poor AC can barely keep up. I have been setting hoses up with water misting for the birds and other wild life.
Terry is worrying that two weeks won't be enough time, I am pretty sure he is right but will get what we can done.
Cut out early tonight and went and had all you can eat steamed crabs since he has been working so hard...without yelling and having temper tantrums.
