Entertained the neighborhood today!

Hooked the new battery up to my vehicle and thought I'd caught the van on fire. Called 911 and had two sherrif's deputies and a lot of firemen in my garage. Fortunately I did'nt damage my vehicle or burn the house down!:silly:

I had just moved in to my new house, & found a wallet on the sidewalk. I called the cops to let them know I had found it (it looked rather picked over & belonged to a truck driver & trucks are not allowed anywhere near my neighborhood, so chances are, it was stolen). In about 5 minutes not one but TWO squad cars showed up. One officer took the report, then he & the other officer sat & talked in front of my house for a very long time. I had neighbors calling me & coming over to see if my house had been robbed. :eyes:
