what's this? delay's indicted co-conspirators don't want to have their trials with him??? can we say more delays for delay due to the filings of motions to sever & requests for separate trials? :evilgrin:

1. So does this now mean Congress will be back in session
early in January as they should be or that they will delay the next session indefinitely while wating for Delay's trial to be over? :sarcasm:
