OT: Polyphonic Spree news (for Pats, and anyone else interested)

Just got this, thought you might like to see it. No other US dates so far but I'm sure they'll add more. And check out the date with Brian Wilson! Wow, that's quite a ticket. I've only heard snippets of "Smile" but what I've heard I've liked. Hmmm...

It has been awhile since we spoke/typed. No hands across america or
anything like that just wanted to say hi and let you know that the robes will be cleaned and pressed for our journeys in August. Tim has been writing some grand stuff and will be sharing it with the world sooner than you think. It looks as though Mike Mills' Thumbsucker will be released in the Fall maybe November? featuring a score by Tim DeLaughter performed with members of The Polyphonic Spree. Lou Pucci who received the Special Jury Prize for acting at Sundance 2005 is phenomenal in the film. A great movie in a time where there really aren't that many. Embrace it when it comes out. We have been enjoying some much needed time off but are ready to come out and bring the rock. Oh yeah...forgot to mention that we are coming to Los Angeles at the request of Brian Wilson for a special evening at the legendary Hollywood Bowl. Call your travel agents now as this looks to be a special nite. More solo The Polyphonic Spree dates will be announced soon...will send an email out when confirmed. Got some other things up our sleeve that will also be announced soon. Keep watching your inbox. I personally can't wait until May 19 and July 15. May 19 is Star Wars and July 15 is our birthday along with the release of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory....how appropriate.

That's very cool. I saw this a while ago, but haven't had a chance to post my gratitude. I don't think I'll be able to make the LA one since my cousin is getting married on the 2nd in NY. And I'm sorry I won't be able to see them in Holland on my birthday. See, that sounds like FUN!
