elbow in the same arm some years ago. I don't think that's the case this time, because when I did break the bone, my arm immediately swelled up like an overstuffed sausage. x(

His book is pretty good too, although it's way more of a liberal economics book than a book about conscience. And he unfortunately repeated the story about the Literary Digest mis-predicting presidential victory for Alf Landon because it did a telephone survey and not that many people had telephones then. They didn't do a phone survey, they did a postcard survey. Thing is, the postcard survey was based on phone and car registrations, and THAT skewed the sample population.

I have so many days I have to take before the end of the year, and they'll just keep accruing. They changed our benefits policy as of 2009, and the won't allow us to rollover our unused time from year to year.

I told my boss I'd figure out how I'd take it, but in addition to a week in August and maybe the week between Christmas and New Years, I'm think of working three or four days a week until I run out of time.

That's my savings plan on gas. :)

Hey, if you're interested, there's a fundraiser Saturday afternoon for Sheila Smith, who's running for County Clerk. She was Nancy's campaign manager in 2006. It's from 2-5 at Mr. B's on Main Street in Royal Oak. Suggested minimum donation is $50, but everyone is welcome. We just want as many people as possible to meeting Sheila and start spreading her name around so we can get rid of Ruth Johnson. If you know who Ortheia Barnes is, she'll be there and will be singing.
