Friday, 4/1: I worked out today--Did you?
I was back at the gym today.... ran 15 miles. Then I spent an hour and a half in the weight room. I managed to bench-press 250 lbs.

(Well, okay, obviously part of this post is in the spirit of April Fools Day--but I did work out, jogging and weight training.)

I bought a swimsuit yesterday so I was able to sit in the whirlpool at the gym this morning.

I feel like a new woman!

1. Nope, not today.
Or yesterday. My wife had doc appts and i had to miss some work to watch our toddler.

The problem with only having time to exercise during my lunch break is that anytime something comes up I miss a workout :-( I'll talk a brisk walk after a quick lunch to get a little exercise in today though.

2. Two days in a row!
I have been in an off cycle for the past few weeks, but I feel my motivation returning.

I ran both days, worked on core strength today and did pull ups an dips yesterday. I guess I should probably do some leg stuff next.
