Happy Valentine's Day!

Did you do right by your heart today?




I had another mega cardio day today.

1 hour elliptical

30 minutes treadmill

Calories burned = 688


How about you?

1. I know I'm a day late but
I jogged yesterday and after 3 weeks in a row of sore knees I'm going to have to take a break. If I see a doctor (s)he'll probably just tell me to take a break so I'll save $25 and try it out. If I start back up and still have problems I'll have it looked at.
