wii Fit...
Okay, I got a wii for my kids, and after trying the wii Fit and playing Guitar Hero at my Brothers' houses, I knew I was really getting the wii for me.

But I haven't really used the wii fit yet. Now that I'm getting back to the gym, I'd like to try it to develop better core muscles. While I haven't experienced a lot of problems there, I have a feeling it's a weak point. I'm a pretty skinny guy, and I figure it's a bad combination to have weak core muscles when you're trying to lift weights to work other areas.

Any tips on how to use the wii fit to maximum advantage in this area, while, of course, trying to get it done as quickly as possible...

1. The Wii fit has a couple of excercises that will help you out with core strength.
They do, however, get a bit repetitive to constantly do. I played WII fit for a couple of months after i got it, and haven't played it much since. It is pretty fun, and motivational to get you started. As for your core strength, here is a website to compliment your Wii Fit activities. It's geared towards runners, but it good for anyone. Enjoy!
