1. I had my last PT session
15 minutes lifecycle - (I usually do 20 at the gym, but I don't want to spend the whole session on the bike)

Leg press - he told me to do 100 lbs., I told him I do 180 at the gym, he smiled and said, ok, just do 160. It's a different kind of sled than at the gym, so doing less weight still felt as hard.

Then I did some lunges and one legged squats.

5. It makes me cringe to see the words "raggedy" and "cartilege" together in the same sentence.
:scared:

glad you're healing.

6. 1 hour upper body weights
I seem to be sleeping later this week, I guess it's the time change. I hope I can get up early enough tomorrow for cardio (I HATE alarms).

7. I've been fatigued this week
Combo of the red tide and possible cold and not sleeping well.

Ugh.

But I finally got some sleep last night, so I might exercise later this afternoon. It would sure feel good. Gotta to pick up my nephew from college this AM, though.

Congrats to everybody sticking to it this week.
