Weekend Warriors exercise check-in!
MrShine and I just got back from a 2 1/2 hr bike ride. Whew, it was a tough one, but we did it! :bounce:

Stats:
27.70 miles
1508 ft of total elevation gain
10.9 mph avg speed.


How's everyone else doing? :hi:

7. I remember doing that for the AIDS Ride.
I think I sent out something like 150 letters. It was a big project, but once they were out, I just watched the checks roll in, which was great.

I know others that have done all online which can be easy, too.

2. Back to 7 miles run/walk today!
I can't run up steep hills anyway so it was almost back to normal. I'm working back up to before being sick and then work getting in the way so I did have to walk some on flat areas. But at least I went the whole distance this time.
