Wednesday 3/7, did you work out?
50 minutes on the treadmill at a 7% incline, i'm going to go puke now and then take a shower.

1. I have been missing this week due to illness
Actually my problems started last week w/ shooting pains in my back. I thought I had a kidney stone.

I was given pain meds, and then I got sick on the pain meds, and then I didn't pass a stone. Now they're thinking that it was just a massive kidney infection.

Anyway, when the back pain is gone, I'll be back at the gym.

2. oh ouch!!! I had my gallbladder out and i swear passing those stones hurt way
worse than labor! My husband had stones and ended up with a kidney infection a few years ago, his doctor ended up blasting by some ultra sonic method, it was pretty trippy but it worked well.

I hope you're feeling better soon.

4. Ran 3.5 miles, walked home the rest of the way...HS Baseball team
was practicing...had to linger at the fence...sigh

5. I swam one and a half miles Wednesday morning.
Thursday evening I have an appointment with an EO (?) who is going to talk with me about a fitness program that would add some strength training to what I'm doing.

Deads
8 x 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1, 10 (first two sets were warmups)
to 245

Benchpresses

5 x 5 (does not include two warm up sets)

Didn't feel strong today, I hand not eaten in 4 hours so I think it was because of lack of energy.
