Monday - Feb. 19th: I worked out today, did YOU?
Shoulders and back today

Warmup: DB presses 2 x 12
Military Press 3 x 8, 6, 4 (Starting to love this exercise)
Low Rope front cable raises 3 x 10
Inline db presses Neutral grip with twist 3 x 4, 6, 8

BB Shrugs 4 x 8

BB rows 3 x 10, 8, 6
Cable pulldowns 3 x 10, 8, 8

10 minutes on the treadmill keeping HR at about 140 or so.

I ran for 45 minutes and completed a 15 minute upper body cardio sculpting routine.

2. I ran 3.5 miles and had to stop because of snow and lightening!
Never been out in quite that combination before...the first lightening crack and the thunder were almost simultaneous...I got back to my car in a hurry..

3. I did!
Walked/ran a mile on the treadmill, did some elliptical, then my usual weight machine things.

I still have ballerina syndrome -- I can barely manage to push and pull 10 lbs., 12 times, on the arm machines, but I can do 45 lbs on all the leg ones -- three sets of 12 -- easily. (Next time I'm going for 50!)
