Woke up feeling blah. Did one superset of kettlebell, Janda situps, and sidebends. But tonight is climbing night. Hope to be slightly less pathetic than last week.
1. I lugged a 30-pound case up three flights of stairs.
I walk each evening but today I had to park on the top level of the parking garage because the parking lot was full. Carrying the normally rolling case down the stairs was no biggie but hauling it back up got me breathing hard! But that's okay -- I considered it part of my workout. :)
I got to the gym but by the time I had changed and was putting my clothes and gear in a cubby I got a call from my wife. Stupid dog had jumped up and turned the lock on the door and locked himself in the bedroom. Had to change and go home to get the door open. Instead I did 5 miles on the bike rollers.
