Wednesday, 1/24: I worked out today--did you?
Core work
Kettlebell swings, Janda Situps and side bends. Doing them last week left me sore for 2 days. Hopefully it would be so bad this week.

Going to the climbing gym tonight for the first time in 3 1/2 months.

1. Yeah, I swam this morning even with the wide kicker next to me.
I can tell my upper body musculature is changing as a result of swimming so regularly.

3. Legs today
Squats 7 x 12,10,8,6,4,2,15

Seated calf raises 3 x 12
Leg Press calf raises3 x 12

Leg extensions 3 x x12
Leg curls 3 x 10

Recumbent bike for 10 minutes

5 minutes of stretching
