I generally don't start one of these posts but I was very proud of the fact that I worked out at 7:00 a.m. and I am NOT a morning person! But I'm trying to do 30 minutes a day and I know that on some days, that's the only time I'm going to get it in. So it was me and the elliptical and the Desperate Housewives. I'm still walking with co-workers on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 p.m. when we get off work. The other three days I don't work so I can get it in at a more "reasonable" hour. :)
I have a hard time working out in the early morning. I can do it around 10 or 11, but I'm not very good before that. My best time to work out is between 3 and 5 in the afternoon. I just got back and also did the elliptical.
