Thursday, 6/22: Another afternoon workout for me today--how about you?
Yet again, didn't get up early enough to workout before work, so I'll be headed to the gym this afternoon. It worked okay yesterday, so as long as I'm committed to going, should be no problem.

It will be leg day today.

I'll also do 40 minutes of cardio: probably in the form of some combination of elliptical, rowing machine, StairMaster, or stationary bike.

1. Just came in from an hour walk outside.
Not very strenuous, but it's better than nothing.

4. Leg day, pretty brutal but a good workout
Squats 4 sets of 8 reps
Hack Squats 4 sets of 10
leg extensions 3 sets of 12
Straight leg deadlifts 4 sets of 10
Leg curls 4 sets of 10
Leg press calf raises 4 sets of 15
seated calf raises 4 sets of 12

Good workout today.
