Tuesday, June 13: I swam my 500th mile at the Y. Did you work out?
I was excited about passing this milestone. It felt good and I want to keep right on swimming!

1. yup and i'm friggin exhausted!! 60 minutes on the treadmill at 4 mph
and the incline of 6, gonna go pass out now.
