Thursday, May 25th: I worked out today. Did you?
First time in too long. Once the in-laws arrived, I couldn't be held responsible. I swam a mile with a very cranky shoulder (the loser in a bike vs. bus incident long ago).

1. 20 intense minutes on my stationary bike this a.m.
We're leaving tomorrow for an overdue vacation. I'll try to get some jogging in so I don't have to start from square one on Tuesday.

Went to gym this afternoon, once again it was nearly empty, and once again I stayed too long. Good workout, but I'm pooped now.

over head extensions DB
Dips

wrist curls
reverse wrist curls

Good workout. My arms feel sore already
