Tuesday, 5/16: I worked out today--did you?
I found an old pair of glasses last night. They're pretty out-dated, but they're the same prescription. I wore those to the gym.

I also dug out my contacts and got all the proper cleansers and now I'm giving that a go. So far so good. It takes some getting used to, but I can see.

So, this morning after warming up, I went to the strength equipment room and did an abdominal workout, and then I went into the cardio equipment room and did 15 minutes on the rowing machine and 20 minutes on the stationary bike.

How did you all do today?

1. Yes, I did.
Early morning 12 1/2 mile bicycle ride. Later went to gym, did a tiring leg workout - feel good now though.

4. Yes, I hit my chest, bis, and calves today
Flat BB Bench Press
Incline DB Press
Flat DB flyes
Close grip smith machine BP
BB curls
Cable curls
seated calf raises
standing calf raises

Pretty good workout today, I think I over did it on my shoulder.
