Early morning 10 mile bicycle ride, then the gym for machines and free weights, all upper body.

2. Hooo. I got to yoga today
and it kicked my ass. I haven't been by lately because I haven't been working out. I have to get going again! So hopefully you'll see more of my posts in here!

3. just about to hop on the elliptical
for about 35 minutes.

I did 90 minutes of Yoga on Saturday and it kicked my ass; was too sore yesterday to do a thing though I did manage the elliptical on Sunday. Does anyone know why the second day after is always so much more painful than the first?

I did an upper body workout in the weight room, and then I spent 35 minutes on the stationary bike.
