Tuesday, 4/18: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang! :hi:

Today, I did the leg and lower back workout in the weight room, and then I did 35 minutes on the elliptical.

How did you do?

1. Yes, I did.
Did leg exercises on machines with lower weights and more sets. Bicycle later today if it doesn't rain.

2. half of one
Started off deadlifts without so much as a toe touch stretch and felt a twinge in my back. Started working my way up but put the bar down after 2 reps @255. Just didn't feel right and was afraid I was going to do something bad.

Hopefully I'll hit the gym to climb tonight.

Ouch I'm sore today, I did less exercises than I ordinarily do, just the switch up from machines to freeweights made the difference..
