Thursday, 4/13: I'm not working out today--but I hope you do.
I'm fighting a cold, and it's winning. My throat is terribly sore, and my head is all stuffy. Hard to work out when you can't breathe.

So, I'm taking the day off.

3. Chicken soup plus rest is the answer.
Legs and back on the machines at the gym. I maxed out on the leg press machine today, so I guess it'll have to be more sets/reps 'cause I don't do squats with free weights.
