Friday, 3/31: I worked out today--did you?
Hi folks!

I was running a little late today, so I had to shorten the cardio portion of my workout. Oddly enough, I felt like I had put more into it despite the shorter time.

So, I warmed up, did my leg routine, and then did 25 minutes on the elliptical (interval setting--I really gave it all I had today).

How did you folks make out?

1. Early morning spinning again!
And today they didn't turn on the A/C or the fans so we worked up a good sweat!
And tonight, Pilates!

3. 4 miles running, plus showing off for the girls!
I use a GPS watch to track and log my running. Almost subconsciously I step up my pace whenever part of my circuit includes running by the fairer sex. Checked my log today and I did it again. Keeps me young!:woohoo:

4. I did
Some time on the elliptical, some time on the bike, some weights, some squats. Still dealing with some nasty back pain but made it through an hour. :)

I did 20 minutes of stretching and abs work and 25 minutes on the elliptical.

7. Arm weights
I really need to get back into cardio next week..I only did one hr of spinning on monday for the whole week..
