Thursday 3/23: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Good morning!

I forgot how good it feels to work up a sweat!

I didn't get my run in yesterday because the doctor was running late w/ all his appointments.

But today, I went to the gym and after warming up, I did my usual leg routine and then I did 20 minutes on the ellipticl and 15 minutes on the indoor rowing machine.

It felt MARVELOUS!!!!

Man, I hate it when I don't work out.

How did you folks do today?

1. No, spouse sick yesterday, now it's both of us - sitting around,
bundled up and eating chicken soup. I hate feeling poorly.

Was able to up the weights on a few exercises, so it was a good workout. :)
