Adjusted seat on wife's recumbent trike (http://www.easyracers.com/ez_3.htm) to fit me and rode a bit, did some bench press and preacher curls, and more yard work - raking, transplanting, weeding. A very pleasant day.

Was good to get back in the gym. Friday and Saturday off somehow felt like a long time. :)

4. I slept in embarrassingly late today.
I have no idea why, other than my body must have needed it. I've been in a lot of pain lately and I've felt really tired, so I feel a lot better now that I've slept. Tomorrow I'll head back to the gym.:)
