Friday, 3/3: I worked out today -- did you?
I just got back from yoga! First time I've gotten to go all week. Wow, was I stiff. But I feel MUCH better now. :woohoo:

1. I did 100 minutes on the elliptical.
It probably doesn't work this way but I'm trying to make up for not being able to exercise during the week.

However, beginning March 21, I'm hoping to start commuting to work on my bike two days a week. :bounce:

Then I took an hour-long walk. Not too many hills; my left hip is bugging me.

8. I did, last Tuesday
We did a lot of hip work, so much so that if my hips had become any more "open," they'd have been inside out. :o
