Wednesday, 3/1: Workout was abandoned today--what about you?
I got to the gym and went into the weight room for my leg routine. I got off of the leg press machine and nearly fell over. I'm very light-headed. I sat for a while, but when I got up to try again, it wasn't gone.

So, I hit the showers.

Sure hope I'm not catching something.


How did you folks make out?

1. Tonight's plan
is to go to Cardio Dance class followed by an 30 min ab class.

7. OK ran late for Cardio Dance..
so opted for arm weights, some elliptical, then ab class. :)

2. Yes, wieghts.
Miss Millie, perhaps your body was asking for a day off. It's good to listen when the body speaks, I think.

Today the spouse, one daughter, and I joined a gym. Lots of equipment, indoor pool, various classes including spinning, pilates, yoga, and kickboxing.

3. I'm taking a day off.
I had an acupuncture session last night and she told me to take it easy today, so I'm following her advice.

MM, I hope you're okay. Maybe you should see a doctor. :hug:

situps on a stability ball and saxon side bends.
My thighs are killing me from the squats yesterday.
