Today was lower body and 35 minutes of cardio!

1. Yes, I did
Took out a cd I made of my favorite tunes from the 60's (plus a couple of LeeAnn Rimes), and lifted for an hour. Birds were feeding about 15 feet away, music I enjoy was accompanying me, the sun was bright overhead, and I pumped my upper arms up to 18", and I've never been able to reach that until today. This routine was 10 sets of 6 different exercises. One rotation of each exercise, sip of water, then next set and so on. I am REALLY enjoying retirement!

5. Met with a trainer
Part of an intro for joining the gym, he set up a lower body routine..not easy but I'm excited to get started. :bounce:
