Friday, 2/17: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang! :hi:


I did an upper body work out in the weight room today, and then I went into the cardio equipment room where I did 15 minutes on the elliptical (hill course) and 20 minutes on the indoor rowing machine.

How did you guys make out today?

2. Yes, I did.
I put off the motorcycle ride this morning and instead did 56 sets (10-15 reps per set) of upper body work with weights.

45 mins in the group exercise. I'll feel it tomorrow.

Hope the weather stays good so I can run this weekend.
