Monday, 2/13: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Hi gang!

(We don't seem to be getting the response to these threads that we used to. I hope it's just that people are forgetting to post, and not that they're skipping their workouts!)


After warming up, I went into the strength equipment room and did an upper body workout. Then I went into the cardio equipment room and did 20 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes on the indoor rowing machine.


How did you all make out today?

1. Today is the day I get back on it
I had a terrible back injury last year that set me WAY back on my weight and fitness but I'm ready now!

I've scheduled myself for 4o minutes on the bike and 20 on resistance/lifting.

Will be doing it together with hubby at 7pm.

I try to post everyday, although it's almost always the same thing, and I fear people get tired of me posting the same old, same old. But I'll keep it up, if not only to get my post count up! :-)

I did the cardio portions of Step, Power & Pump :hi:

3. We never get tired of seeing you here!
My posts are all pretty much the same thing too (some form of cardio with either a upper body, leg, or ab workout).

I just like to get a lot of responses to my posts, and this is where I could always count on it. (KIDDING!)

It's really that I just like to see that we're all in this together.

Haven't posted in this group before, I just joined a gym last week, so I'm going to start posting here regularly! :) Me and a friend have a spinning class planned for tonight. Has anyone else tried spinning?, we just started last week..its a great class though, really pushes you.

7. Spinning is tough stuff
I was taking a class regularly this fall, but haven't been able to get back to it since my hernia surgery last December.

Nice way to start the week!

8. Yes, I did
My posts here are pretty much the same every time also.

I did upper body work with free weights again- 48 sets @ 10-20 reps per set - and will probably hop on the bicycle and ride a bit this afternoon.
