Super Bowl Sunday workout thread!
Today, as usual for a Sunday, was leg day for me. I also did 35 minutes of cardio. :bounce:

2. I did 100 minutes on the elliptical, watching the pregame show
for part of it. I worked out to Stevie Wonder and Friends. :)

4. 55 minutes with free weights, kept heart rate between 120-130 for
the whole period. I think that's pretty good for my age using weights.

5. 2 days of laying new flooring
up and down the stairs to the shop to cut end pieces, knealing and standing. Lifting furniture and old carpeting.
