I jogged 3.1 miles this morning (42:57) and then went into the weight room to do an upper body workout. I'm increasing my weights this week and it's pretty tough so I'm doing fewer reps (I'll work my way back to 2 sets of 12).
i'm considering going every morning at 5:15 just because i like how it gets my day started off...a good work-out for my body, plus my mind gets to wander a bit to the music. :)
