2. Yes, I did!
I meant to post earlier today, but my new computer (here at work) hadn't arrived yet, and they had already taken away my old one. Anyway, now I'm connected again.

I did 35 minutes on the elliptical machine. Then I went to the weight room for leg work. I also learned a new weight exercise (apparently called "Good Mornings") for my lower back.

3. Not yet. I plan on doing a back workout after work
Deadlifts
BB rows
DB rows
Pullovers

I'm ordering some lifting straps today to help my deadlift. I'll be able to put more weight on the bar without my grip giving out before my back and legs.

10. Not yet, but that's a good idea
I do forearm work whenever I work my bis and tris. It seems to be my problem are and grippers might help. Thanks.

4. Light 5K run!
I took a personal day today, and the great weather (high 30's and sunny) was enough to get me off my lazy ass to go for a jog along the lakeshore. I feel great!

9. I laughed my way through Boston Legal and The Daily Show
as I logged 75 minutes on the elliptical. It was late but I had to work off the popcorn -- it was air-popped and sprayed with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter but calories, nonetheless.
